  4. How exciting! It's fantastic to see plant-based nutrition become more mainstream. I would love to guest post, but the e-mail address doesn't appear to be working! I'm a professional health and fitness nut (and 9-year vegan) in Vancouver, BC. E-mail me at karina@karinainkster.com!

  5. Hi there! I am very excited about Tosca's new book for vegetarians and would love to participate by writing a Guest Blog. I am a vegetarian and nutrition maven. I have been writing a healthy living blog since 2007.

I saw Tosca speak in person at a Can-Fit-Pro conference (in my former life as a fitness trainer) in Toronto and find her very inspiring. I am currently in the process of earning my diploma in applied holistic nutrition at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition.

I have a few of Tosca's other books and have always wished there were even more plant-based options, so THANK YOU so much!!

  6. I will be very excited to get this cookbook! Am not a vegetarian but, really do want to cut down my consumption of meat (costly and for variety) but, find thyat I have a difficult time finding out WHAT to do...especially for protein! Legumes are great...but, aren't they starchy too? and, therefore, something that should be used carefully?

    Thanks

  7. This is awesome! I followed the EC diet before I became vegetarian/vegan and have been working to incorporate both. I focus on non-processed or extremely minimal processed foods and find your other books as good "go-to" guides.

I would love to see more from you on this vegetarian Eat-Clean living, Tosca. This is really exciting and I am ready for it! Congratulations. I will happily repost anything that will help get the word out.
