1 orange, peeled
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Lovely recipe! I want to try it! By what could I replace the protein powder? Would chia seeds do the trick?

ReplyDeleteI use coconut oil as a moisturizer! It's better than olive oil because it doesn't have an oily consistency and absorbs quickly into my skin! Of course, I cook with it too! That's some good stuff!
ReplyDeleteI love coconut oil, but my husband does not. He can tell in an instant if I have cooked something in it. Is there a type that does not have a coconut taste?
ReplyDeleteThanks for all this information.
ReplyDeleteWill this smoothie be a snack? or a meal replacement?
I'm curious to know why are you adding the coconut oil to the mix?
