i made my cousin peanut butter with dried pomegranates and melted 72% dark chocolate mixed in it last year. needless to say.. she loved it :) love giving homemade goodies and nut butters as a gift!
ReplyDeleteDo you think I could send the jars across the country?
ReplyDeleteSounds very delicious!
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to replace the pecans with almonds? And will it stay good for long?
Thanks for sharing Tosca!
YT: Almond butters are made the same way, you just blend them untill buttery. I'd just give it a try!
ReplyDeleteAny nut can be used. There shouldn't be an issue with shipping, but refrigerate pr keep in a cool, dark place upon arrival. They should keep for a long while.
