Luckily, DAVIDsTEA has been kind enough to sponsor our giveaway today to help you along the way!

P.S. Still missing a little sweet in your tea? Skip spoonfuls of sugar & try a dash of stevia.

And being caffeine free makes it great for before bed.

ReplyDeleteI love David's Tea! I got hooked on it last year when some friends gave us some tea with our wedding gift. Right now I am addicted to pumpking spice tea, it fits perfectly with this chilly fall weather we have been having in Edmonton, and it makes me feel nice and cozy while studying! Sweeter teas, like vanilla and chamomile, help me get through sugar cravings. On the other hand, sometimes I'll hit my sugar craving with something bitter like a strongly steeped green tea to completely direct my tastebuds away from sugar.
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of brewing tea and creating iced tea... Unsweetened most days or adding a bit of organic honey on the crazy sugar craving days. I take it with me every where, especially on walks. Any spice tea, chai and green tea are my favorites. Also love Matcha green tea for the added antioxidant boost.
ReplyDeleteI am all about the licorice tea! While I love my raspberry chai, chai green, and peppermint teas, licorice tea leaves me feeling like I had a true indulgence - and brings me a calm quiet stillness to my soul. Simply sitting quietly and sipping licorice tea is amazing!

ReplyDeleteI love the alpine tea, it reminds me of home (way up north) and makes me want to curl up with a good book - sans sugar of course! It's sweet enough to have on its own, and great for after dinner/before bed.
ReplyDeleteI love tea! Matcha especially--its filled with vitamins and antioxidants, and because you drink the tea leaf directly, you get a more direct hit of those nutrients! I drink matcha (or non-powdered) Japanese green tea every morning, and it helps me start the day off right. During the afternoon, I drink oolong or black tea with chai spices (both are heart healthy--especially black tea; and oolong helps boost metabolism), which really help keep me from reaching for a sweet snack!
ReplyDeleteMe and my family are huge tea fans. I haven't been to DAVIDsT however after reading the comments and checking out the website I will be visiting my Ottawa store soonest for some blends I haven't heard of before from my current tea franchise...Banana nut bread, toasted marshmallow, oh my!

I am a HUGE fan of David's Tea. I love Organic Peppermint Amore in the evening whenever I get a sweet tooth and I just ordered this month's new Strawberry Rhubarb Parfait flavor for the perfect dessert tea. My favorite right now though is Organic Evergreen, it's the smoothest green tea I've had and great for anytime of day.
