Healthy Heart Luncheon

Wow! The people of Columbus, Georgia really opened their hearts to me on Tuesday afternoon. I had the honor of speaking at the Heart Truth Luncheon in support of St. Francis Hospital at St. Luke Ministry. It was a beautiful sea of red before me - a sea of 700 women (and a few good men) who all generously give their time and resources for St. Francis Hospital.

I spoke about flax, water, and all of your favorite Eat-Clean things. I felt incredibly inspired by the women sitting in front of me and hopefully gave them the same feeling.

After the luncheon I was whisked away to Dinner Divas where I held a special cooking session with a few of St. Francis Hospital's special donors. These ladies are true Southern Belles and I had an absolute blast cooking alongside them. We made a few recipes from the upcoming Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian.

Thanks to everyone who made this day possible, including the marketing team at St. Francis Hospital, the staff at St. Luke Ministry, Dinner Divas, TSYS, my special Southern Belles, my MUA and friend Valeria Nova and my daughter Rachel who accompanied me on the trip.
