Eat- Clean Egg Cleanse

I used this plan a few months ago to get prepped for my latest Oxygen cover shoot and I mentioned it again on Facebook the other day as a way to cleanse after holiday indulgences. I'm doing it for my Ab Project that I'm hosting with The Eat-Clean Diet community, The Kitchen Table.

If you've been slimming down with Cooler 1 from The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged you can use this at the end of your 2 weeks to really reach your goals. You can also use it as a kick start to begin your new Eat-Clean regime. Regardless of when you implement it, remember to follow it with a true Eat-Clean Diet.

Try it out this weekend to keep those New Year's Resolutions on track!

Just remember, it's not for the faint of heart... here we go!

P.S. Congratulations to our Skechers GOrun winner! Commenter Laura you are it! Please email rcorradetti@rkpubs.com with your information.
Eat-Clean Egg Cleanse:

Starting at 7:00 am I ate 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg repeating this every three hours until around 7:00 pm.  I drank distilled water for those same three days.

Preparing for a photo shoot? Continue on to DAY 4 (this should be the day before the shoot)...

Not preparing for a photo shoot? Continue/begin following the Eat-Clean Diet plan of your choice (Recharged - true eat-clean lifestyle - or Stripped - for the last ten pounds)

DAY 4: Eat a whole lot of carbs every three hours with a bit of protein like this:

1/4 cup oats with 2 hard-boiled egg whites

Sweet potato and whole egg

2 cups salad + pumpkin seeds + 1 fresh fig + raw purple onion + 2 tbsp hemp seeds + 1 egg dressed with ACV and avocado oil

Sweet potato and whole egg

1 cup steamed green beans + 1 cup steamed broccoli + 5 pounces white fish.

That is it!

    1. It's a cleanse, not a way of living. She was getting ready for a photo shoot... preparing for that is extreme for people who aren't models or preparing for a fitness competition. This will create great results, and besides, you're not giving up veggies forever!

  2. Only eat whites? No veggies or condiments?

  5. Looks like it might be a little "gaseous"? But, what's a little gas for a few days, eh?
