The holiday season is a season of indulgences and deliciousness! There will be plenty of opportunity to treat yourself so why don't you add a few Eat-Clean holiday treats into the mix? I'll make it really easy for you and offer you 3 of my personal favorite holiday recipes.

My family tradition is to prepare Trifle from The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook it's a stunning dish sure to delight each of your guests.

This week I also made two of my favorite recipes from two of The Eat-Clean Diet® books. From The Eat-Clean Diet® Recharged I made the No Bake Powerballs, and from The Eat-Clean Diet® Family & Kids I made Date Squares (click the underlined purple links to download the recipes).

While your baking you can listen to this great holiday compilation that my go-to web man Ryan Keaveney created for us at Robert Kennedy Publishing! Visit his blog for the festive holiday mix. Thank you Ryan!

  1. Awesome! I am actually giving my aunt two of your books for Christmas and making her an eat clean cookie basket! She is on her way to the lifestyle too so I think it's going to be great!

  3. Hay Tosca,

Thanks for sharing this recipe with us!
Yesterday I made the powerballs from your recipe. They are very delicious! I made about 20.
Should I keep them in the fridge? And for how long would they be good?
Although I don't think I'll have to keep them for long :D!
    Thanks again Tosca.

    Greeting from Yvet,
    Holland.
