Great news! The world is slowly catching up with my sugar warnings. Some sugary kids' breakfast cereals have received a haircut as sugar quantities have been reduced. Lucky Charms, Trix and Chocolate Cocoa Pebbles, among others, are arriving on grocery store shelves with less sugar - down to 9 grams or less for every 3/4 cup serving. As the Eat-Clean Lady I applaud the direction these food manufacturers are going in but they could do so much more and other big food companies could join in. Regardless, as I have stated in The Eat-Clean Diet® For Family and Kids, get the candy out of your cereal if you want to improve your child's health and, dare I say, behavior.
If food manufacturers are leading by example you should too! Find out how our Eat-Clean Diet® community members are teaching their families clean habits on the Eat-Clean Diet® website.

That is the book I really need! The one you have for Family and Kids. I have a little one that thinks that if it is not mac and cheese, it is not food. But, trying to get her to try anything else is almost impossible (except for yogurt, she loves it).
