Tosca, It was so awesome to meet you on Friday night at PHAT camp. The whole weekend was great. It was just the motivation I needed to pick up my spirits and realize how far I have come in this lifestyle change that I have made. I just want you to know that i really am a sponge when it comes to eating clean and I enjoy reading your books, your articles in the magazines and your blog. Thanks for coming on to PHAT camp friday night and taking the time to meet with us all.
