New New New

I'm excited to let you know there are NEW items in my store at Check 'em out! I'll have the T-shirts from the Arnold in there soon, but I'll let you know when that happens!

Also, in case you didn't see this on FB or Twitter... scroll down to the video section at the to see what's coming up for the month of April! While you're there join the Kitchen Table. It's our forum for sharing what's up in your clean eating life (keep in mind, it's in a beta state, which means we're testing it out and making changes each and every day to make it better for you).

Finally, for some very exciting NEWS, I'll be sitting down with Robin Roberts of Good Morning America live on Wednesday, April 7th to discuss the Eat-Clean Diet. Read more here...

Alright, I'm off to continue my British adventures. I've been thoroughly enjoying eating my big lunch and small dinners here in London. I think I might adopt this principle when I come home, too.

Back soon!

  1. Just wanna say thanks for all you do! And even though the ECD site is in a beta state, I don't mind it at all. I just appreciate the fact that I have a place to mingle with like-minded "intelligent eaters!"

  2. Are you doing any appearances in London Tosca?

  3. Congrats on being on GMA!! I actually met RR on an airplane last year and she was lovely!!
I will check out kitchen table - sounds awesome!!

  4. I've tried various low-carb, low-calorie, and low-fat diets for the past couple of years. Although the Atkins diet is very popular, it made me feel somewhat unhealthy.

The diet plan I'm on right now is the Medifast Diet. The caloric intake is roughly 800-1000 calories. However, it doesn't make my body feel weak. It is a bit of a pricey diet, but there are plenty of coupons available on the internet. You should never pay full price.

My advice is just choose a diet plan which your body reacts positively to. No one knows your body better than you do!
