What's Your Favorite Way to Unwind???

Mine is...

Just kidding...

a good book and sunshine is my relaxation mode of choice.

What's yours?

  1. I love kicking back with my family and watching an old classic film - I have a thing for Humphrey Bogart, haha ;-)

  2. when you are done at your place, wanna come over and help with mine?! :)
    lately, mine have been;
-watching my dog have fun w/ his pals in high park.
-going up to my friend's cottage.
-listening to the birds in my backyard.
    -patio grazing with my mates.

I'm now pumped to enter the contest! I'm gonna have to hussle to make it count if the cut off date is December 31st.

  3. hey tosca! i am trying to enter the eat clean contest, but when i try to upload my pictures it doesn't go through. They are under the size requirement, so I am not sure what the problem is. Can I e-mail them or something instead? Thanks!!!

  4. Oh, I'd have to say a long hot bubble bath and a good book :D

  5. Relaxing in front of the tv...
    watching something good

  6. It's easier to enjoy a good book when you know that the house is clean and there's a meal already prepared. :-)

  7. I like to read...a magazine or book no matter. Especially when I have the house to myself. I can turn OFF the TV, and relax in the peace and quiet.

  8. My favorite way to unwind is taking my dog for a walk on a sunny day preferably, to the park and reading a good book.

  9. I love poring over my Oxygen and Clean Eating magazines! I get new ideas for my workouts/meals and fresh motivation to stay on track!

  10. I love my hammock! In the shade with a cool breeze and a good book...

  11. Some ways I unwind:
    * Going to Borders and searching for a new book
    * Walking on the treadmill to a movie I have wanted to see for a while
    * Journaling about our lives for my girls to have one day
    * Taking a Nap (ahhhhh, I wish I could find a way to do this more)

  12. My favorite way to unwind is to actually cook my meals for the next day for my boyfriend and I. Cooking and baking has always been theraputic for me. But a good book and sunshine is a close second! A walk with our puppy is good as well...or a relaxing evening on our patio with a bonfire :-)

Thanks for the continued inspiration Tosca.
