Newsflash! French fries are not healthy!
Vegetarian, yes. Nutritious? No. Today, I choose vegetarianism for more health related reasons. I am still compassionate, but my perspective has changed and above all else, I choose to put my health first. Not only do I want to share this delicious lifestyle with others, but as a yoga instructor I act as a model for my classes and I want to set a good example, I want my students to visualize themselves a picture of health. I stand in front of them and for those 75 minutes, they are mirroring me. I am acting as a guide for their actions and I want to be an excellent representation of what it means to be healthy--body, mind, and soul.
When I first saw a picture of Tosca she became that model for me, I knew she was doing something very, very right. Eating Clean has been a way to bring balance back to my life. I am so much more aware of what I’m eating and how my body is responding. At the grocery store, we shop the outside aisles first and I read the ingredient list on any pre-packaged item we buy (my husband doesn’t even hesitate anymore, he just hands it right over). You cannot argue with the way Eating Clean makes you feel. Each meal is delicious, balanced, filling, and perfectly healthy--I don’t even have to try!
The Eat Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook just made my life even easier, thank you Tosca and the Eat-Clean Diet Team!
