Since I purchased The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged, I have been doing my best to eat vegetarian. I found that majority of the meals I made were without meat, or I just didn’t include it, and I felt better. Growing up, my parents always fed me meat, then I continued that lifestyle because it was what I knew- but since reading The Eat-Clean Diet books, that thought has shifted. I’ve realized that I’m in control of my body and my life, so I’ve started cooking vegetarian.
