My Vegan, Eat-Clean Birthday Carrot Cake from Kelly Childs

What a surprise! My request for birthday Eat-Clean carrot cake came through! I had a surprise greeting yesterday from Kelly Childs of Kindfood. She did an amazing guest blog for me just a few months ago.

She made this absolutely delicious cake for my birthday and brought it to our manager meeting yesterday. What a treat! Thanks Kelly!
Hurray!
Even though I was hard at work all day it really was a fabulous birthday. Thanks to absolutely everyone for your comments, support, and birthday wishes. Who knew turning 53 could be so fun!

    We finally have our new location for our bakery! 401 Brant St. in Burlington ON.
    We have outgrown the space at Kindfood and are now, as of September 1st, going to be on our own on Brant St. "Kelly's Bake Shoppe".
