Robert H. Kennedy (1938-2012)

Robert Kennedy was the true love of my life.  I am blessed to have been with him and to know such love is rare.  He showed me how to live my life as one filled with possibilities.

Through him I became what I am today, a story that is familiar to many others who have been touched by Bob’s generous, warm and colorful spirit. What I have lost I will continue to feel for months to come. What Robert gave me will fill me for my lifetime. To walk this path without him is by far the biggest weight I have lifted yet though Robert trained me well. The grace will come from seeing all the miracles we have planted together bear fruit. Robert would have loved that.

Goodbye my dear husband, friend and mentor. Until I see you again.

Please read a full statement about Robert Kennedy here.

Please send your condolences here

  71. We all are saddened by this newest update on Bobs health status, we new it was only a matter of time but this is a blow that effects all of us now and tomorrow. Bob Kennedy Made us who we are today, without him Bodybuilding , Fitness ad all Physique sports would not have matured into what they are today and like losing a father figure an Icon we can all shed tears without Shame.. But be joyful in that he is in a better place without pain.
We all should feel closer to Tosca and Bobs family as he was a little part of all of us and we share his families loss.

You will be forever remembered Robert RIP

  75. My Condolenses to Tosca, there daughter's and family and friends,You are now there Angel looking over them with your son Braden. You will be giving Heaven a great gift as you gave us here. I meet you only a few times and Tosca and have my pictures to remember such a amazing couple. I saw the love you each had for one another. My heart breaks for everyone ...

"Don't grieve for me, for now, I'm free. I'm following the path that God laid for me. I took his hand when I heard him called. I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks undone must stay that way. I found my peace at close of day. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, oh yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened at times of sorrow. I wish you sunshine on tomorrow. My life's been full, I've savored much; good friends, good times, a loved ones touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief. Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me, God, God, God wanted me now. He set me free." You will be missed and forever in our hearts ... Tosca you are tough love and will carry on .....RIP Tough Love Robert H. Kennedy

  137. Tosca, I'm sure your family will cry, laugh, love, smile, yell, pray and hope during the next several months during the grieving process as this is a huge loss for your family and the community at large. I hope that you can find some comfort in knowing that we are all here for you and supporting you. As you often say "I'm always listening"...we are too! I finally had to put my heavy heart to some good use today so I gathered all of my co-workers and we did a set of push-ups (work attire included) in Bob's honor. He is still very much a part of us and always will be. Much love, Lauren
