Healthy Fats

Yummy Eat-Clean Cooking Spray!
Healthy fat is a crucial part of the diet for proper cell membrane, brain, and hormone function, amongst other things. This doesn't mean running out to the store and picking up a tin of margarine. The operative word here is HEALTHY!

Choose fats from natural sources, like coconut butter, olive oil, pumpkinseed oil, avocados and nuts. Eat them in moderation each day and you'll feel satisfied and nourished.

One of my favorite recipes is my Eat-Clean Cooking Spray. It's healthy, it's easy and it's cheap! Add it to salads, stir fries, and as a coating on veggies before roasting.
