ReplyDeleteSince this post is about a Stripped recipe, I am reminded to ask on behalf of a coworker: on page 97 of Stripped, there is a photo of a quinoa salad with a caption about it being a great vegetarian meal. She was wondering what was in that. She came to me since I am our resident ECD expert, haha, but that stumped me. I checked ALL of your other books as well as the recipes in the new one and can't find quite that exact thing. She thinks it looks great.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I just finished reading the book yesterday and it's going to be my hand sell at B&N for the next six weeks! So hopefully, I will get to talk to loads of people about the ECD and get some books into people's hands! I am already working some persuasive magic on a couple of my coworkers. Stripped is one of my favorites yet, because it has the best of all the books in the ECD family all rolled into one!
