So What's The Difference... Eat Clean Diet & Your Best Body Now
Many of you are wondering what the difference is between the Eat-Clean Diet Series and Your Best Body Now.
This is a completely valid question, and I would like to clear up any confusion between these 2 projects.
Here are 8 reasons how Your Best Body Now differs from the Eat-Clean Diet...
1. It's biographical.
2. It deals with specific age groups and how to handle those changes related to aging by decade.
3. Different decades means different regimens.
4. It offers motivation, inspiration, nutrition and exercise as well as beauty tips.
5. It provides more of my story.
6. New recipes.
7. New workout routines.
8. New strategies for firing up your metabolism.
This is the book for every woman who ever looked into the mirror and thought her best days are over. Your Best Body Now is the answer telling you if I can do it so can you.
1 DAY AND COUNTING!

Does it deal with pregnancy or postpartum? There is a SERIOUS lack of good info on that. I swear all the workouts I see are more like a 'Sit & Be Fit' tv show than an actual workout. And food, good heavens.
ReplyDeleteI second that last comment!!! I would LOVE real active insight on pregnancy!!!!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for the book, Tosca! I can't wait to get it!
So excited for today, 28 Sept. I'm heading to Borders after work to pick YOUR new book up. Thank you Tosca. You are such inspiration. I share your books and story with others all the time. Sincerely.
ReplyDeleteYay, Tosca.
ReplyDeleteHaven't been to Barnes and Noble yet but will do so this evening. Congratulations.
I cannot wait to sink my teeth into your new work.
Thanks for your blog.
I keep up with you, every day ~ My little bit-o-time-with-Tosca :^)
Does it address exercise/diet for ACTIVE folks in the 70s? I do weight training 2x week. Swim laps 1x week, water areobics 2x week and walk 2-3 times week... spend aprox an hour at each of these activities. I try to eat clean as much as possible.. having a 93 yr old hubby who loves to eat out is a challenge... But I really work on it....
